Items can be returned within 28 days for a refund if they are faulty/defective.
Unwanted items can be returned but the customer will be liable for the delivery charges.
For orders placed on unauthorised or fraudulent transactions the product must be returned by tracked delivery in order for a refund to be credited or chargeback to be accepted.
